Abyssinian Cat

“Abyssinian Cat”

            This cat may look very unusual to you.  This breed of cat is called an Abyssinian. These cats are mainly a golden brown color.  I painted this cat because of its stunning eyes and beautiful coloration.  Although my favorite animal is a dog, I admire cats.  I have six cats, but none of them are Abyssinian cats.  But having cats helped me make this cat look more real.  I try to give each character in my paintings a personality.  This cat’s personality is supposed to be sly, wild, independent, and strong.
